The Ingredients
Sodium bicarbonate starts as Trona. The USA has one of the largest deposits of Trona in the world. Trona is then refined into soda ash (a.k.a. calcium carbonate), then turned into baking soda (a.k.a. sodium bicarbonate). One of the most popular and useful electrolytes.
Himalayan salt is mined from ancient sea salt deposits in the Himalayan Mountains using the traditional room and pillar method then prepared and processed here in the USA. It contains more trace minerals than regular table salt, which is one reason it's so popular.

Suggested Use: Mix 1 scoop with 32–64 oz (1 gal) of water. Shake container well before each use. More water helps mellow the taste. May cause nausea on an empty stomach if taken all at once (due to salt). Tip: Mix into at least 32 oz and squeeze in lemon to neutralize flavor.

Ok, so hands down, this is THE BEST ELECTROLYTE product I have EVER USED. I train athletes. I have tried almost all the big electrolyte products. There is no comparison. While it is unflavored, and the raws taste a little nasty in a shaker cup (no taste in a 1 gallon jug), after I chug it down at once from a shaker - I get a serious kick of energy and clarity and my endurance is seriously improved. As well if you check the forms, these are the best forms of all the ingredients and the ingredients are made in the US. This product is my favorite, along with the pre.

After tons of research, I found that SuperFast has the highest electrolyte content in any drink or powder in stores or online! My lab work is finally showing normal levels of Sodium Chloride and Potassium after being dangerously low!
Every morning I mix a heaping scoop full into 30 oz of cold water with 2 Sugar Free flavor packets (any kind) and a couple of drops of zinc. It tastes great this way! I’ve been drinking my extra flavored (caffeinated) water for a long time and the SuperFast makes it taste better in fact. Tried it in coffee and had to pour it out tho!! Tried it in plain water and poured it out too, so be sure and add it to a big glass or sport cup of something flavored. My sport cup has a straw that sips off the bottom so I get all the settlement (no strong taste after stirred) but if you are drinking from a glass you’ll want to swirl it around for those last couple of drinks. They don’t taste like anything but I bet there’s good stuff in there!
This has been GREAT for the LEG CRAMPS and the HEART PALPITATIONS associated with low electrolytes! (Contact your doctor if you have heart palpitations, please.) I’m on an automatic order plan so it’s no hassle and I get a discount.

I have been searching for an Electrolyte powder to add to my water after a workout and during my extended fasts. Most products have sugar and added flavors, not Super Fast. Never received my order and was refused service. I got no information about my order for two weeks and had no response from customer service so I politely said I will have to dispute my charge if I don’t hear back about my order.
Rita from customer service responded with this “We aren’t interested in doing business with people who threaten back-charges”
If I receive no information about my order for weeks what do you expect? There are much better options with higher quality ingredients on Amazon if you mix your own anyway $50 got me over 100 servings when with this you only get 30!! Search for fast lyte, magnesium malate by seeking health, and calcium phosphate by freeda - way more bang for your buck!
This product is a huge rip off and it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Stay away do the research and save your money and a headache.

Hello Jason! This is Greg the owner. I have seen what Rita wrote and co sign completely. Business is a two way street. We don’t tolerate rudeness, threats or disrespect. Especially during this time which has been very difficult for businesses. We do expect some level of understanding. You were also clearly informed about delays in both shipping, and delays in communication. There is a large red warning directly on the contact page, as well as a warning about delayed shipping right under the add to cart button. There is an old saying “patience is a virtue”. As for ingredients, we use 100% USA manufactured, USP Grade materials, 2x more expensive than whats used by other companies (food grade and imported from China). We do treat our customers very fairly, but you are not our customer, we canceled your order.

They improved the taste, I am not sure what they changed? supplier or what...because its just pure minerals and salt, theres no flavor, but now it has a much softer taste. Way easier to drink in less water. But I always put some lemon drops into the water and you can't even taste anything. I notice a big kick of energy from this.

Wanted a more rounded electrolyte supplement aside just 99% salt and 1% potassium (like all other brands). This not only helps keep my POTS in check but also helps me feel way better overall by keeping my other minerals in better balance. Love that it doesn’t have weird herbs, sweeteners, flavorings like so many others. The taste is horrible- but you can either dilute it in a gallon over a day or do like I do- mix 1/8 of a cup of water then glug it down and rinse with a 1/2 liter of water.

I ordered this for the last week of a three week water fast, and due to extremely long USPS shipping delays, I didn't get it until after it was needed. I requested a refund from Brainforza, but they would not do a full refund, or pay for return shipping. Besides the shipping issue, the taste is pretty bad. Overall, I'll try to use it up, but definitely wary of re-ordering.

It's like eating a meal while fasting. It doesn't taste great but the effects are outstanding. Without this I will have headaches and a general lack of energy. With it I feel like I never stopped eating. Highly recommend!

I completed my first ever 4 day water only fast and Super Fast Keto electrolytes helped get the job done. I used it 3 times a day. Once in the morning, noon, and evening. Make sure to dilute it as much as possible. Tastes god awful otherwise.

Brainforza is by far the most superior supplement I have taken while doing a long term fast (3 weeks plus). I have not felt light headed, extremely week or abnormally tired during my current fast. I attribute this to their blend of electrolytes and take two servings a day during a fast.

Hello! Thanks so much for your review! It is not supposed to dissolve. Metals and minerals cannot dissolve, they can only be suspended in water, the more fine they are milled, the easier they stay suspended.
The product is unflavored, as labeled. We cannot change what raw materials taste like. It should be expected salts, minerals, metals and electrolytes have a taste!!! :)

The product tastes terrible be prepared...
This company advertises 2 day shipping and will then drag their feet getting their product to the post office. Prepare for a six day delivery before it shows up at your door and for the seller to blame the post office and refuse to refund you the extra shipping costs they falsely advertised.
I do not recommend ordering from this company!
