Shipping Policy

We ship orders from our fulfillment partner’s California warehouse. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day when items are in stock.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods.

Delivery Times

United States: 2–4 business days
Canada: 5–12 business days
Australia: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

United States: Free ground shipping on orders over $100
Canada: Free standard shipping on orders over $250

Shipping rates for all other orders and expedited options are calculated at checkout.

Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, and DHL, depending on the destination and service selected.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability for delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will replace the order at no cost.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Delivered but Missing or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including those delivered to apartment buildings, mailrooms, or shared addresses.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees may apply.

Refused Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery of an order, the shipment will be treated as a return.

All original shipping costs and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, including any shipping costs that were originally subsidized or offered as free shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us.

We may request photo verification to assess the issue. Approved cases will be replaced at no cost.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

We are not responsible for customs delays, seized shipments, or rejected imports.
