Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or other recurring or deferred purchase option. This policy explains how these purchases can be managed or canceled.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries at the frequency selected at checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored and automatically charged at the beginning of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance.

Subscriptions continue until canceled. You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting customer support.

Cancellations must be made before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to a minimum commitment of two (2) completed subscription orders. Subscription purchases are intended for ongoing use and not as a one-time trial.

Refund eligibility for subscription orders is subject to our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel, restrict, or refuse subscription access in cases of suspected abuse, excessive refund activity, or fraudulent behavior.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are purchases of products that are not yet in stock or are scheduled for future release.

By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your payment method either at checkout or at the time the product becomes available, depending on how the pre-order is structured.

Pre-orders may be canceled at any time prior to fulfillment.

Once a pre-order has been processed or shipped, it is treated as a standard order and is subject to our Refund Policy.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are not guaranteed and may change without notice.

Try Before You Buy

If offered, “try before you buy” allows you to receive a product before being charged.

Your payment method will be authorized at the time of order but not charged immediately.

You will have a defined trial period to decide whether to keep the product. If the product is not returned within that period, your payment method will be charged in full.

All returns must follow our return authorization process. Items not returned properly or within the allowed timeframe may result in full charges and denial of refunds.

We reserve the right to deny access to “try before you buy” offers in cases of abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity.
