30-Day Money Back Guarantee (USA Only)

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds apply to the purchase price of the product only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping & Return Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Original shipping costs are not refunded. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

If free or discounted shipping was provided at checkout, the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from the refund.

We offer discounted USPS® return labels to simplify the process.

Example:
Order total: $56.00
Shipping paid: $2.99
Actual shipping cost: $4.68 each way
Refund issued: $46.64

Return Authorization Required (RMA)

All returns must be authorized in advance.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required before sending any item back. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted or refunded.

Customers must contact customer support to initiate a return and receive instructions.

Product Condition & Partial Returns

Opened products are eligible for return under the following conditions:

Only one unit per product may be opened. Additional units must remain unopened to be eligible for return.

Returns must be made in good faith. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, abuse, or intentional damage.

Partial returns are accepted. Customers may return some items from a multi-unit order and keep the rest.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are intended for ongoing use and are not designed as a one-time trial.

Customers must complete at least two subscription orders to be eligible for refunds on subscription purchases.

Refund eligibility applies only to orders within the 30-day return window and are subject to a 35% fee for subscriptions with only 2 orders or less.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, and other special event sales
Gift cards

All such purchases are considered final sale.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost Shipments

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us. We may request photo verification to assess the issue.

Approved cases will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

If a package is lost in transit by the carrier, we will replace the order.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery, including cases involving apartment buildings or shared properties.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on return volume. Customers are encouraged to contact support if they have not received an update.

Abuse & Chargeback Policy

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or service in cases of suspected abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity.

Customers must return approved items to receive a refund. Failure to return items after receiving a refund or attempting to keep product while disputing charges may result in account action and further action as necessary.

We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
