Improved taste, almost..milky?
They improved the taste, I am not sure what they changed? supplier or what...because its just pure minerals and salt, theres no flavor, but now it has a much softer taste. Way easier to drink in less water. But I always put some lemon drops into the water and you can't even taste anything. I notice a big kick of energy from this.

The mix
I was already taking Lion's mane from another company. I like this has a big dose of 1.5g of Lion's mane, and another 1.5g of the other mushrooms for immunity. Tastes slightly bitter. I don't mix it in anything I just put it in water and chug it down, its not too bad.

Wow amazing taste
This product has an amazing natural taste. I bought it so I could "drink" my magnesium before bed and I like that it has l-theanine as well. I feel sharper and sleep better and it really tastes amazing for something with no sucralose, all natural flavor, no stevia bitterness. I wish they made this into a carbonated drink!
