- Sleeping better now that I take this right before bed
- This works amazing for sleep, helps me get a really deep sleep.
- My body would pass out within 5-10 min, this product does in fact work for me!
I have difficulty sleeping because my mind always has something to think about consciously and unconsciously. Meditation has been helping me little by little to overcome this situation, but when I started taking these supplements, it’s like the situation kicked into a little overdrive (positively of course). I use to to just meditate and go to sleep. After about 15-20 min I finally started sleeping. As I started taking 2 of these pills before sleep and meditation however, my body would pass out within 5-10 min and not a conscious or unconscious thought would roam through my mind. Don’t know what else to say other then that this product does in fact work for me!
Sleeping better now that I take this right before bed
Not sure if it is working!
Brilliant products!
This works amazing for sleep, like they say as well, unlike other 5-HTP it is easier on my stomach. I can get away with two, sometimes three caps, but 3+ caps can still bother my stomach.
Two is great and helps me get a really deep sleep.
Are the capsules enterically coated? Literature suggests that if 5-hydroxytryptophan is consumed raw, in gelatin or vegan capsules it will be digested in the stomach and never be converted by the body into serotonin. Therefore the capsules need to be enterically coated so they can be digested in the intestinal tract and become serotonin to be useful for the brain. How is your 5-htp sold?
This is not true and not needed. Enough is absorbed to be functional. Enterical coatings generally just allow you to use much less of the product so it opens in the small intestines directly. If you have used 5-HTP, ours or others, in regular vegan caps....you will know it works.
Natural 5-HTP 100mg Extract - when will you get it in stock?
Hello! We are not sure we will :( we loved ours and customers loved ours, but unfortunately it was a slow mover due to so much competition despite us believing ours was much better. If it does come back, we will notify everyone by email.
