Wanted a more rounded electrolyte supplement aside just 99% salt and 1% potassium (like all other brands). This not only helps keep my POTS in check but also helps me feel way better overall by keeping my other minerals in better balance. Love that it doesn’t have weird herbs, sweeteners, flavorings like so many others. The taste is horrible- but you can either dilute it in a gallon over a day or do like I do- mix 1/8 of a cup of water then glug it down and rinse with a 1/2 liter of water.

From the source being the better quality KSM-66 Ashwagandha, to the mg, to the amount of capsules you get...it's hard to find a better product. The great price is just icing on the cake.
